Our Company
We built Lock-it Lockers Self Storage warehouses back
in the 1970's because people wanted clean, safe and convenient storage
solutions. We still own and operate them today. We've learned a
lot over the years and we know our customers want to work with friendly
location managers who provide outstanding service to everyone.
Most of our managers have been with us for years.
We are proud of them and proud of our continuing relationship with
thousands of satisfied Lock-it Lockers storage customers.
We look forward to serving you at one of our locations
soon.

FAQs
Lock-It Lockers is committed to providing you with the best customer
service.
Below, please find answers to our most common questions.
Do I have to sign a contract?
We have a rental agreement for the first month, renewable on month
to month basis by paying rent.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
Office hours are hours when a facility manager is available to assist
you. Gate hours are hours you will have access to your unit using
your personal gate access code. See locations for hours.
What is a drive up unit?
This is a unit that gives you the ability to load your belongings
directly from a vehicle or truck.
What is a roll-up door?
We have four-panel garage style doors that you simply slide up to
enter.
When can I get my belongings?
As our tenant, you will have access to your unit 7 days a week during
normal gate hours using your personal gate access code. Please see
your location for gate hours.
Do I provide my own lock?
Yes, but you can purchase a new lock at your Lock-It Lockers facility.
We highly recommend a disc-type lock to provide you the highest
level of security.
How do I get inside the gate?
Our facilities have an electronic gate system which can only be
opened by a tenant with their own assigned security code.
Do you have security cameras?
Our facilities do have surveillance cameras.
Do you prorate my move out?
Monthly billing is done on the anniversary of your move-in date.
Rent is never prorated or refunded. Tenants must vacate the storage
unit no later than the anniversary date to avoid being charged for
the next month.
What is an on-site manager?
On-site managers live on the facility grounds and ensure our facilities
are safe and secure.
Can I store a Car/RV/Camper/Boat/Motorcycle?
We offer storage of vehicles depending on location and size of the
vehicle. Please contact our location nearest you for details.
How can I make payments?
Payments are processed in person or by mail. You may also arrange
to have your payment automatically charged to your credit card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
